• My name is Danielle & I am a licensed Cosmetologist. I specialize in full body waxing but primarily do Bikini / Brazilian services. I have over 12 years of industry experience & am fully insured • • I am Located in the Cross Keys Commons Shopping Plaza inside IMAGE STUDIOS, Suite 134 • • The doors to Image Studios are locked most of the time for safety precautions. When arriving to your appointment I ask that whether you wait in your car, in the lobby or on the bench outside of my suite to send a text to 856-562-2752 that you are here & I will meet you • • The only form of communication accepted is text to 856-562-2752. Emails, social media messaging, phone calls etc. will not be answered • • Payment for your service is accepted at your appointment via card or cash & does not have to be the card you have on file. If you plan on leaving gratuity which is always appreciated this can be done with cash or venmo •Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
As a Monarch Wax Studio client you agree and accept that you will be charged 50% for same day cancellations & no shows.
I ask that if you are cancelling the same day as your appointment that you reach out to the studio via text to 856-562-2752. No other communication ( email, social media, messaging the booking website etc. ) will be accepted.
No shows will be charged 50% of the service. After 2 no shows you will no longer be able to book at all.
If I go to charge your card on file for a late cancellation or no show & the card is declined or you do not have a card on file you will be required to pay the 50% charge AND for your service during the visit.
Habitual rescheduling appointments is not accepted. 3 consecutive reschedules with failure to show up to an appointment within those 3 reschedules no matter the time frame will require a 30% deposit for any future appointments & you will not be able to book online.
Your appointment is for a set time. Being 5-10 minutes late may result in rescheduling some or all of your services. If you are going to be 5-10 minutes late please reach out to me immediately via text to 856-562-2752 so I am aware & can see what I can do. Anything later than 10 minutes will have to be rescheduled.
These policies are made to protect my small business. I will always respect your time so I hope that you will respect mine as well.
